大清铜币,学名清代机制铜圆,钱面中央有“大清铜币”四个汉字,内嵌一小字代表地名,上端是满文“大清铜币”字样,两侧为年份。边缘中间分别“户部”二汉字,下端为“当制钱十文”。钱背中央为蟠龙,上端是“光绪年造”,下端英文“Tai-ChingTi-KuoCopperCoin”字样(大清帝国铜币)。各地铸造比较统一。铸造始于1900年(清光绪二十六年),止于1911年(宣统三年),流通时间较短。因其版面设计优雅,雕刻精良,且存世量极为稀少,大清铜币光绪年户部造当十被誉为中国近代制币中的十大名誉品之一。

orGuangxuoftheQingDynasty)andendedin1911(thethirdyearofXuantongperiod),with

清末铜价剧涨,民间毁钱为铜,以获数倍之利,市面出现钱荒。广东因停铸制钱,市面制钱日乏,小额流通十分不便。为救钱荒,同时受香港铜元及外币影响,光绪26年6月,两广总督德寿与前总督李鸿章奏准广东仿香港铜仙铸造机制铜元。故清代机制铜元的铸造由广东伊始。继而福建、江苏、四川等省相继仿铸铜元。大清铜币版式繁多,尤以当十者为。多位清帝在位时发行过铜币来作为流通货币,铜币的使用具有重要的现实意义和历史意义,使交易逐渐便利起来。而如今,大清铜币也具有一定的收藏价值许多收藏家对大清铜币爱不释手,而收集多种多样的铜币已经成为了他们的目标。

Kongcopperdollarandforeigncurrencyatthesametime,inJune26,GuangxugovernordeSh

ouandformergovernorLiHongzhangagreedthatGuangdongshouldimitateHongKongco

pperimmortaltocastcoppercoins.Therefore,thecastingofmechanismcopperyuaninQing

DynastybeganinGuangdong.ThenFujian,Jiangsu,Sichuanandotherprovincessuccessivel

yimitatedthecopperyuan.TherearemanytypesofcoppercoinsinQingDynasty.ManyQinge

mperorsissuedcoppercoinsascirculatingcurrencyduringtheirreign.Theuseofcoppercoin

shasimportantpracticalandhistoricalsignificance,whichmakesthetransactionmoreconve

这枚户部造大清铜币,单冠龙,连横“大”,藏品正面圈内铸有铭文“大清铜币”,珠圈外上环铸楷体“户部丙午”四字,底部铸货币价值:“当制钱十文”。藏品背面内圈铸有神龙腾飞图腾,龙纹霸气侧漏,豪气万千,大有帝王之风;外圈铸有铭文“光绪年造”,并铸有英文字样,侧面反映了当时的社会状态。作为历史遗留下来的文物,本藏品具有深远的纪念意义,是考古和研究中国历史文化难得的实物。经过岁月的洗礼,钱币包浆入骨,熟旧自然,深打字口清楚,流通痕迹明显,边齿过关,龙纹清晰,是不可多得的珍稀之品。
